Let’s talk COLOR BASE.. this product is extremely, extremely important! Milky Way is the most beautiful milky color, light consistency base, easy to apply. 
Color base can be applied as a color or as a base.First apply thin coat of rubber base underneath color base, cure it for a minute, after simply apply color base as a color on your nails. Try to focus in the middle, spread it on a nail by using thin brush, it helps to create great nail shape and makes your nails very strong.

Apply color base as a base under bright color! This way you can only polish the color once without having see-through patches on your nails. (Whenever you’re using problematic color-this will be a lifesaver!)
